Bonnie Dress in Sunkissed Mosaic

I bought this beautiful dress to take to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. All my friends loved it on me.
And it has pockets. Yay, I love the pockets.
I ordered a size 18 and it was a little big. The string under the bust was perfect as I could pull it in to clutch my breasts and I slid the excess material towards the back to hide my back fat.

There's no denying this is a beautiful dress. Colourful, vibrant, fun. The fabric is soft and breezy, perfect for summer. I'm short (5'3") and the dress isn't dragging on the floor. I love the loose sleeves - I don't feel restricted and they give great coverage. But here's my issue, and it's a consistent issue in all brands that offer larger sizes: when our busts expand sideways, they also typically expand vertically as well. While room is given in the width to accommodate the bust, we never get enough length and so the waist tie ends up either on my bust or giving empire waistline. You can even see this in some of the bigger models used for Bonnie dresses. I know I'm busty af and with this dress having buttons, I sized up for it. Based on the garment measurements, I should have heaps of fabric to spare, everywhere. I don't. I think the measurements are off. I know my measurements well - I order online often. This dress is tighter than it should be. I want to get another Bonnie just because I love the prints offered, and don't want anything above the knee (and the Peak, Polly and Maddy styles are not for me) but now I'm thinking I need to size up yet again - I shouldn't have to go up 2 sizes to get the length I need in the bust. But otherwise, thanks to PP for firstly offering a wide range of sizing, and secondly, for such fun prints and colours! It's a breath of fresh air to have this option :)

Beautiful dress. I feel amazing in it. The quality is perfect and the fabric is lovely and soft perfect for the Australian summer. Very flattering cut I got compliments all night when I wore it out. The colours are beautiful.

Love this Bonnie Dress in the Tequila Sunrise print. It’s such a beautiful print and a beautiful flowing fabric. I am glad I tried it on in store as I went down a couple of sizes.

This is by far the most flattering cut on every single body type. Makes you feel like a 10 and flaunts the curves perfectly. This was Bonnie #4 in my wardrobe and it's love! The colours are divine! I did find this was slightly larger than my other Bonnie's but still fit beautifully

Such a gorgeous dark print. A bit longer than normal, but a wash will bring it up just a touch. For reference Im size 14, 159cms and 16D bust and I still have room in the bust area. (Ignore my non smile in the picture, I wasn't feeling 100%!)

This is THE perfect Christmas dress. Every time I look at it, I find another character. This one is a bit longer than most other Bonnies, but one wash should bring it up. I wear a 14, 159cms & 16D bust, and have plenty of room in the bust.

A beautiful dress! The very reason I found Proud Poppy. This is a very flattering cut and fit. I’m a size 22 and this is a true fit. I love the little flutter sleeves as I don’t like the tops of my arms bare. This was my first choice but was sold out. Being notified it was back in stock, I immediately ordered. I had spent many years ‘hiding’ in black because of my size. HELLO COLOUR - I’M BACK❣️

Ok can we talk about this FABULOUS print?? I'm obsessed. I love the Bonnie style, and this is no exception. Kasey just smashes it out of the park time and again with her designs and I am here for it. Endless compliments when I wear this!

Absolutely stunning dress.
The colours and print are vibrant & bold, it's incredibly comfortable & very flattering. I love the way it 'swishes' around my legs when I walk & it was my favourite dress on my recent trip to Bali. It was cool in the Bali heat and I felt confident wearing it.

I love this dress. The tie under the bust gives a nice shape. I have it in Lemon Garden and it's so beautiful. I fine the Bonnie to be a larger fit than others I currently have. I am usually a 16, 14 in most PP but can fit comfortably in size 12 Bonnie. My only complaint would be these lit in the front feels a little high.

This is the perfect dress for me, I am a huge leopard print fan and I love the style of this dress with the floaty sleeves. The style suites my figure amazingly. This can be dressed up or down.

As someone who is 180cm I am not sure why I didn't do this sooner! Well I was a bit worried by sizing and the front split, but so glad I bit the bullet and bought this beauty as it's so lovely and so comfortable to wear and the drawstring allows me to pull in the waist to better show my figure. This is definitely a favourite , the fit of the Bonnie dress is very nice, its so comfortable and the feel of the material is very soft and amazing to wear, the colour is a very pretty pink I recieve many compliments in this dress.

This dress is so beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable, too! I would love to order it in every color! I got a size 18 and I probably could have sized down to a 16. I am 260 lbs, bust 48”, waist 43”, and hips 53”.

I cannot tell you how many times I've worn this dress and I just feel amazing! The colours are incredible, the fit 👌 spot on, it's another 10/10 for me.

Absolutely love this dress! Its the perfect combination of comfort and elegance. I felt so confident wearing it. It's lined so slightly heavier than other Bonnies (but only slightly!) And I actually liked that it doesn't have a split. Runs a size large. I'm normally a 16 but got this in a 14.

Such a cute light weight dress perfect for work or a weekend outing - I’d recommend sizing up if you have a large busy to prevent gaping at the buttons

Oh my, this is honestly the most comfortable dress! It’s so effortlessly chic and beautiful. And that’s just the style! I love the length, the sleeves are a good length for coverage, the cleavage is not too low, and the tie waist is perfect! Not to mention the pattern, which always gets me so many compliments. It’s simply amazing! I will be back for more dresses!
